Great experience with First Floor Media...Mike worked so quickly and efficiently to create the perfect logo for my startup business, sometimes even communicating back and forth with me several times in a day. I’m very picky but he made sure my vision came to life and I loved the end result!

When branding your business, the execution of its visual representation in a logo or website graphics is more than half the battle. Rarely do I find that the end product/s embody the vision that I have in my mind's eye. Those rarities, happening only about two out of ten times over the last eight years (my husband and I are serial entrepreneurs), have all been fulfilled by First Floor Media + Design Inc. Mike is not only professional, but he is also as passionate as he is forthcoming. This is what led us to work with him for a second time. When we pitched our concept to him recently, he was not only excited to manifest our ideas but also to give his expert advice, recommendations and, of course, suggestions that ensured affordability. As business owners we tend to forget the permanence of the impact that something as minuscule as a logo (only minuscule when compared to everything else in the business plan) will communicate to our customers in person and in media. Mike was very candid about telling us that our ideas, although unique and creative, would not stand the test of transitioning onto clothing, merchandise, varying screen resolutions and even onto television. To compensate, naturally, he made alterations that took absolutely nothing away from our vision. In fact, his approach will ensure that our logo and slogan design will be timely and relevant well into the future. Mike always answered the phone, always replied to text messages and emails in a timely manner and kept all the lines of communication open. He listened well, spoke respectfully - even to the contrary of what we thought we wanted, and took the time to send us multiple finished versions of our graphics to make certain that we were happy with his progress and alterations. Simply put; if you need an honest, experienced and up-front graphic designer who produces quality work for reasonable prices then Mike is your guy.
